To the left we have Joanne Wootton. Jo has over 20 years industry experience and her passion is to deliver the most exceptional customer service possible, Jo’s service skills and emotional intelligence ensure life-long customer relationships and undoubtable business retention (once you’ve tried us, we promise you will never want to leave).
We are brave enough to say that our customer service and customer experience will never be beaten. We are even prouder to say that many of our valued customers have followed us throughout our careers and this makes us smile.
Personally, Jo is someone who loves to make people laugh out loud with her fun loving personality, she loves to rise early and be out on her mountain bike or in her walking boots enjoying the fresh air whenever possible and has a life long obsession with music, particularly soulful uplifting house music and loves to dance – her motto being “You don’t stop dancing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop dancing.”
To the right we have Amanda Howe. Again, with over 20 years industry experience, Amanda’s technical knowledge and H&S background ensures safety is at the forefront of our operations. Multi-skilled Amanda also enjoys finance and sales and will be a familiar face if you require a site survey or a customer meeting to discuss our solutions/equipment/services or to open an account. Our experience is supported by extensive qualifications and training within our field and certificates can be seen upon request.
Personally, Amanda loves sport and fitness, and pushing her body to its extreme. Outside of work you’ll either find her running the streets of Scunthorpe, cross fitting it at the gym, enjoying time at her horses, walking the dogs or rescuing animals. She has a caring but competitive nature and she is in it to win it. When it’s time to let her hair down Amanda loves a good festival, you can’t beat outdoor music, plenty of beer and a muddy field.
